1. Who this applies to

These Terms govern use of Hillwood Academic Day School's public website at hillwoodsf.org and its alias domains (this "Site"). The Site is informational: it describes the school, its programs, and how to apply, and it includes a public photo gallery of school life. It does not include the parent portal or staff portal, which have their own separate terms.

2. Using the Site

You may view and browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes — learning about the school, deciding whether to apply, or finding contact information. You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically download content from the Site, attempt to bypass any access or copy restriction on it (including on photographs in the public gallery), or use it in any way that could disrupt the Site or the school's operation of it.

3. The public photo gallery

Photographs published in the public gallery have been reviewed and approved by school staff. Published images may carry a visible and embedded identifying mark and are provided at display resolution only — they are not sized or intended for printing. You may not remove, obscure, or attempt to defeat that mark, and you may not use a published photograph in any way that implies endorsement by the school or by any person shown in it.

If you believe a photograph should not be public — including if you are shown in one without having agreed to that — you can request its removal at any time, without creating an account, at /report. We act on these requests before investigating them, not after.

4. Contacting the school through the Site

Information you submit through a form on the Site (for example, the contact or admissions inquiry form) is used to respond to your inquiry and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided as-is. Information about tuition, admissions, programs, and school policy is intended as a general guide and is subject to change; the current family handbook and any signed enrollment agreement govern in the event of a conflict.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
